Package OverviewWe have made an extra effort to provide you with high quality facilities, tours, fun and spare time at the lowest possible cost.
Both the hotels are topquality,: and offer double bedrooms with private bathrooms, TV, air conditioning, restaurant, bar, relax and chatting area, and many other facilities.
You can choose from three different packages: all of them include breakfast, dinner with drinks, accommodation in double room with private bathroom.
The Standard Package is the classic one (from Tuesday to Sunday morning): it includes both the Pievepelago (Appennini Mountains) hotel for 4 nights and the Firenze hotel (1 night), plus the 4 tours and the final party in Florence. This is the best way to enjoy all the BikeRun events!
The Short Package (from Tuesday to Saturday morning) includes only the Pievepelago (Appennini Mountains) hotel for 4 nights and three tours. It doesn't include the Firenze hotel and the final party ticket.
The Saturday Package includes only the Firenze hotel (1 night with dinner and breakfast) and the final party ticket on Saturday night.

Standard Package
The Stantard Package includes:
- Hotel La Pineta (Pievepelago, Appennini Mountains) from Tuesday afternoon to Saturday morning, with:
- Accommodation in double room with private bathroom, air-conditioning, TV
- Welcome Aperitif (Thursday afternoon);
- Breakfast;
- Dinner with drinks (water and wine);
- Three BikeRun Tours (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday) and one optional Tour on Saturday Morning;
- Vespucci StarHotel Firenze on Saturday with:
- Accommodation in double room with private bathroom, air-conditioning, TV
- Dinner at La Polena Restaurant with drinks (water and wine);
- Breakfast (sunday morning);
- Saturday Final Party:
- Ticket for the leather party at the Fabrik Club;
- Free Drink;
- Arcygay Card (the membership card required in all gay Italian clubs) is included (please bring ID!).

Extras
- Single room supplement costs: € 180,00
- Extra nights (both at Hotel La Pineta and Vespucci StarHotel Firenze) can be added upon request.
Short Package
The Short Package includes:

Extras

Saturday only Package
The Saturday Only Package includes:
- Vespucci StarHotel Firenze on Saturday with:
- Accommodation in double room with private bathroom, air-conditioning, TV
- Dinner at La Polena Restaurant with drinks (water and wine);
- Breakfast (Sunday morning);
- Saturday Final Party:
- Ticket for the leather party at the Fabrik Club;
- Free Drink;
- Arcygay Card (the membership card required in all gay Italian clubs) is included (please bring ID!).
Cost: € 100,00
Extras
- Single room supplement at StarHotel Vespucci Firenze (1 night) costs: € 40,00
- Extra nights can be added upon request.
The payment will go through the Secure Server System of Paypal so that we can guarantee you the safest and most secure environment..
You can also pay by Bank Transfer: the bank account data will be sent to you after the confirmation of your booking.
Please note! We strongly discourage to choose the bank transfer method: It needs a long time to be registered (from 4 to 10 days) and has a high cost.Remember that, if you choose the bank transfer method, you will need to send the receipt to bikern@lcroma.com: there the BkeRun staff can record your payment.
