Nominations: a new entry point to the Mister Leather Italia contest
Leather Club Roma introduces an important new step in the journey toward the contests: the nomination phase.
This is not just a procedural addition, but a shift in perspective. Alongside individual applications, we are introducing community recognition: anyone can nominate someone who, through their attitude, presence, and contribution, truly represents the values of the fetish and leather scene.
Why this matters
Traditionally, everything starts with someone deciding to apply.
With nominations, the process begins earlier: the community itself helps identify potential candidates.
This means:
- giving visibility to people who might not step forward on their own;
- valuing real engagement, not just performance;
- strengthening a shared sense of responsibility and belonging.
Rooted in leather culture
Nominations reflect a core principle of leather culture: peer recognition.
It’s not only about who steps up, but also about who is recognized by others for what they bring to the community. It makes visible the work that often goes unnoticed and helps build continuity between experience and new generations.
Don’t stay on the sidelines
Nominations only work if they are used.
If you know someone who embodies the values of the scene, nominate them.
If you believe you could represent the community, consider stepping forward.
Because this is the point: a community grows when it stops watching and starts actively participating.
Click here to submit your nomination.
Through an anonymous form, you can provide a name and a short motivation; the most nominated individuals will be invited to apply.
This is not just a submission—it’s an act of trust and encouragement: giving a voice to the community also means supporting those who may simply need to be seen and encouraged to take the next step.
Only one nomination is allowed. Leather Club Roma reserves the right to take any action in case of abuse, including exclusion from future events and initiatives organized by the club. Results will remain confidential and will not be shared with candidates or judges, nor will they in any way affect the subsequent stages of the contest.
Deadline: April 16.
