Considering that Rome is not exactly Berlin (and given the vigil eye of the Cathilic Church and the Vatican…), with a bit of patience and luck it is possible to find even in Rome “caput mundi” somebody hot and sharing our fetish interests. Please bear in mind that all cruising bars in Rome are actually CLUBS, so they will ask for a member card, and can charge for releasing one. Most bars require a national membership card (ARCO CARD) that is required elsewhere in Italy! Annual and monthly membership cards are usually available at bars. Domus Valeria is a small Bed & Breakfast for gay and lesbian people.
It’s lcated in the center of Rome, in Via del Babuino, close to Piazza Navona (300 mt) and to Piazza del Popolo (500 mt).
Because of its central position, it’s not exactly cheap, but not even expensive: a single rooms costs from 50 € to 70 €, and the double room from 110 € to 130 € (look on the website for discounts and offers).

B&B Testaccio is a gay-owned B& both for gay/lesbian people and straight people. It’s located in the heart of Testaccio discrtict: , where you can find lot of place where drink & eat and a bright nighlife.

Ateneo Garden Palace is a 4 stars hotel; in the past years it hosted some leathermen during Leather Club Roma European events (BikeRun 2007, AGM 2009): they will not be surprised to see men in full leather!

The 3 stars Hotel Laurentia -as Ateneo Garden Palace and Hotel Felice- was one of the hotels Leather Club Rome used for European Leather Events (AGM 2009, BikeRun 2007) they are quite used to see leathermen among their guests!
