Who we are and what you can buy

Leather Club Roma is an association. Through this website you can buy the digital membership card, event tickets and packages, and shop products. Details of each event or product (date, venue, rates, what is included) are those shown on its page.

Membership card

Membership is valid for one calendar year, as stated on the membership or renewal product page.

  • Filling in the membership form does not make you a member: your application stays “awaiting payment” until payment is successful.
  • Membership is acquired upon admission by the Board, under Article 4 of the Statute, and payment of the required membership fee.
  • The card is digital and is sent by email. No physical card is shipped.
  • The club reserves the right to accept membership applications. If an application that has already been paid is not accepted, the amount paid is refunded.

Under Articles 5 and 20 of the Leather Club Roma Statute (PDF, in Italian), the membership fee cannot be prorated or refunded upon resignation or loss of membership. This provision concerns the LCR membership fee and does not automatically apply to event tickets or shop products. Mandatory rights provided by law remain unaffected.

Member and non-member rates

Events and packages have member and non-member rates. The member rate is reserved for people with an active membership.

Several places in the same order

If you buy more than one place you can enter the name of each participant. The buyer remains the reference for the order.

Payment and confirmation

Payments use the methods shown at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email after payment.

Refunds and support

For refund requests, changes or questions about your order, write to info@lcroma.com with your order number.

Delivery of shop products

Available shipping or collection methods and their costs are shown before you confirm your order. For consumer sales of goods, delivery must take place within 30 days of the contract unless a different period has been agreed. For information before purchasing, email info@lcroma.com.

Right of withdrawal for shop goods

Where the Italian Consumer Code applies, consumers may withdraw from a distance purchase of goods within 14 days of receiving them, without giving a reason, subject to the exceptions provided by law. To exercise this right, send an explicit statement to info@lcroma.com or the contact address above, including your name, order number and the goods concerned.

Goods must be returned within 14 days of notifying withdrawal. The buyer bears the direct return costs. Refunds include standard delivery costs where required by law and are made within 14 days of the withdrawal notification; reimbursement may be withheld until the goods or evidence of their return have been received. Statutory guarantees and all other mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Events on specific dates: cancellations and refunds

Tickets and participation fees for events held on a specific date or during a specific period are non-refundable if a participant cancels, does not attend or cannot attend for personal reasons. No voluntary refund is offered in these cases.

If Leather Club Roma cancels the event, the amount paid for the cancelled services will be refunded. For a package containing several services, the refund covers the cancelled, unused services. The club will inform buyers of the refund arrangements and timing. For assistance, email info@lcroma.com with your order number and event details.

For leisure services scheduled for a specific date or period, the 14-day withdrawal right is excluded in the cases covered by Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code. All mandatory legal rights remain unaffected, including in cases of non-performance or substantial changes to the event. This policy concerns event participation: membership fees and shop goods remain subject to their respective conditions above.

Applicable law and disputes

Italian law applies without prejudice to mandatory protections applicable to consumers. Consumer disputes remain subject to the jurisdiction required by consumer protection law; no exclusive jurisdiction in Rome is imposed. Ordinary jurisdiction rules apply in other cases.
